The house had issues with layouts, electrical and heating elements and had dark wood paneling throughout with wall-to-wall carpeting.

An extensive renovation was completed on the whole house, redesigning the master loft area and basement rooms, as well as an extensive renovation of the kitchen, where a pantry and three quarter bath were added.

The home went from dated and drab to bright and serene, taking careful chances with color and unexpected materials while maintaining a quiet backdrop that allows the space's innate character to shine. This project was featured in Architectural Digest in 2019.
